Saving a UTF-8 CSV file in Excel (version 2019 or higher)
Steps to save the file
- Click on "Save As"
- Select Browse
- Drop down the list for Save as type
- Select CSV UTF8 as per screenshot

- In the “Save As” window choose Browse
- In the “Save As” dialog click the Save as type from the drop down menu
- Select the “CSV UTF-8 (comma delimited) (*.csv)” option
