Vanity Codes

Vanity Codes are more practical than their name suggests! Essentially, they refer to the addition of a prefix or suffix to a batch of codes, which helps to make them more memorable. It also helps your staff recognise the promotion, which makes it possible for customers to redeem offers in-store (with minimal inconvenience to your staff). 

When you're setting up a promotion, you'll be asked whether you'd like to create a Vanity Code (Step 4). Simply type in the word you want to use - for example SPRING or HELLO - and then choose whether you want it to appear at the beginning or end of the code. For an example, please see below:
